Orientation & Professional Integration

🔍 About the project

This initiative brought together several targeted training and webinar programmes aimed at migrants and refugees in Spain, focused on social and professional integration. Through courses such as Marhaba and Paso, plus dedicated webinars and resources, the programme gave participants the tools and confidence to navigate legal, social and employment contexts in their new communities.

🎯 Main objectives

  • Provide practical legal information and professional orientation tailored to migrant/refugee communities.
  • Foster social and cultural integration by addressing challenges such as culture-shock, rights & obligations, and workplace expectations.
  • Strengthen participants’ ability to engage actively, build networks and harness opportunities in the local context.

🧠 Kudwa’s role

Kudwa organised and delivered the multiple-session courses (Marhaba, Paso), curated webinars, and produced accessible resources to support migrants/refugees in understanding legal frameworks, professional requirements and community participation. By working closely with participants and adapting materials to their needs, Kudwa ensured inclusive access and meaningful outcomes.
