The Kudwa Expertise Exchange Program is a platform where individuals from diverse migration backgrounds share their knowledge, skills, and experiences through interactive workshops, talks, and collaborations. We believe that knowledge exchange is a powerful tool for inclusion, empowerment, and capacity-building, providing a safe and welcoming space for experts to showcase their talents while enriching the wider community.

What We Offer

Our program hosts ad-hoc workshops led by skilled community members covering a range of topics, including:

🛠 Professional Development – Public speaking, digital marketing, entrepreneurship.

🎨 Creative & Artistic Expression – Storytelling, art therapy, music, creative writing.

🌍 Community & Well-being – Mental health awareness, intercultural communication, self-defense, migrant rights.

💻 Technology & Innovation – AI and digital tools, coding, social media strategies.

With an average of 12 participants per session, and 50% new and 50% returning attendees, the Expertise Exchange Program creates a space where learning is continuous, participation is diverse, and community is strengthened.
